196 Person Package

Rental package includes (1) 20x60 frame tent (18) 8ft tables (148) black chairs.

This is easily considered one of our most popular rental packages for corporate events. This tent can hold up to almost 150 people which fits most of corporate clients as office size are usually between 100-150 people.

This package fits best with 8ft rectangle tables as (6) will fit but we do not recommend adding (6) 60” round tables as it will occupy more space.

96 Person Package

Rental package includes (1) 20x40 frame tent (12) 8ft tables (96) black chairs.

This is another popular option amongst the smaller office crowd for 50-96 guests. If you have a smaller office this is the best choice for you.

This package fits best with 8ft rectangle tables as (12) will fit but we do not recommend adding (12) 60” round tables as it will occupy more space.
