We have been in business since 2014 and have been serving Strongsville with tent, table, and chair rentals from day one. Strongsville is roughly 25–30 minutes from our office, and we also do a lot of business in North Royalton, so our routes and schedule work well for both areas.
Graduation parties are usually a big reason why we are out in Strongsville so often during the early summer months. Once graduation season dies down, corporate events usually pick up and then eventually wedding season is here.

They ordered a 20x60 frame tent paired with a 20x20 frame tent which is great for driveway tent rentals or parking lot tent rentals! We offer tent rentals starting April first and concluding October 31st - table and chair rentals are offered all year round.
Yes we go to North Olmsted for delivery! We are located at 1400 Brookpark Rd in Cleveland, Ohio. North Olmsted is only about a 15 minute drive from us.

Did you know that we got our start into the event rental industry by doing graduation party rentals? We started renting tables. chairs and tents and our primary customer base was seniors in high school.
Peak grad party season is usually the last week of may until early august - we reccomend booking your event in March at least.
The most popular tent size for graduation parties would be our 20x20 frame tent.
Our 20x20 frame tent holds up to 48 people sitting down and can withstand winds over 30mph.
When planning a graduation party we tell our customers to plan to only 30% of your party to be sitting down at once. Not everyone will be there at the same time.
Keep in mind that your event will likely go into the night time — we offer lights for our tents as well!
Please note all of our linens are for tables. All linens are lap length. Minimum order of 6 linens.

Yes — tent set up and delivery is included in your emailed estimate. We do not set up tables and chairs unless requested and there is a fee.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT?
We recommend booking your event at least 2-3 months prior to your event date
ARE YOU ABLE TO PUT A TENT ON CONCRETE/ASPHALT?
Yes, our frame tent are able to go on pavement and grass, we use water barrels to secure the tent down on pavement.
DOES THE TENT HAVE A CENTER POLE?
No, our tents are frame tents which means that they have no center pole. Therefore, you can maximize space for seating in the tent.
WHEN WILL YOU COME SET UP?
We strive to have your event set up 1-3 days prior the event unless requested otherwise. We will reach out Monday of the week of your event and go over set up times with you.
WHEN DO YOU TAKE DOWN TENT/EQUIPMENT
The time frame of pick up and take down varies. Typically we pick up the morning after the event or monday/tuesday for weekend events.
DO YOU DELIVER TO MY CITY?
We cater to North Eastern Ohio. Our private office is located in Parma and our warehouse is located in Cleveland. We Typically travel up to 45 minutes.
CAN YOU PULL A PERMIT?
Yes, we are able to pull permits upon request. There is an additional fee varying by city. Permits are only required for public events and corporate events. Permits are not needed to residential events.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are fully insured and we have everyone sign a contract prior to each event.
DOES THE TENT COME WITH SIDEWALLS?
No, but you can add sidewalls.
WILL WE HAVE ENOUGH ROOM UNDER THE TENT?
We follow industry standards for seating arrangements - click the button below to see our seating charts. Round tables are a tighter fit.
